What is the best thing about being a driving instructor?
The most rewarding thing as a driving instructor is seeing clients overcome challenging obstacles for a great sense of achievement.
What is the best advice you could give your learners?
The best advice I’d offer would be, what effort you put in, you get out. Learning doesn’t start and stop in car, it matters what you do to further your progress outside of lessons too.
What do you like to do when you're not working?
Outside of the car I enjoy dancing such as Lindy Hop, Blues, and the Charleston. All of this helps me to keep active after sitting down all day in car, and I also walk a lot. I also enjoy watching a variety of films and TV series.
One interesting fact about you...
Not sure if it counts as interesting, but I was a hairdresser for 21 years. I started off in Vidal Sassoon and have been involved at many shows, teaching for many years, and this is where I found my love for teaching that has led me to where I am today.
